Kawapod is an independent online store operated by Kawaprint LLC, a company registered in the United States. We design and sell original, fan-inspired apparel and lifestyle products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any anime studios, publishers, or trademark holders. All designs are independently created.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Orders

  • Most products are made-to-order and produced after your order is placed.
  • Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel orders if necessary (for example, due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud).
  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
