Welcome to KawaPod. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website kawapod.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from us. The Site is operated by Kawaprint LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or make a purchase.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to make a purchase on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products and Descriptions
KawaPod sells classic unisex T-shirts printed with original anime-style artwork created by our design team. Every shirt is made to order and printed after you place your order. We describe each product, its colors (Black and White), sizes, and materials as accurately as possible. Colors on your screen may look slightly different from the printed shirt depending on your display settings.

KawaPod is an independent brand. Our products are not official merchandise of any anime studio, publisher, or production company, and we do not use third-party characters, logos, or copyrighted artwork.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred. If we decline an order after payment, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

3. Where We Sell
We currently sell and ship to addresses in the United States only.

4. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Product prices include applicable sales tax. Shipping is charged separately as a flat $6.99 per order and is shown at checkout before you pay. The total on the final checkout page is the full amount you will pay; we do not add other charges after you place your order.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method. Payment is required in full before we produce and ship your order.

5. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Processing times, shipping fees, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a refund as described in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund terms are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review that policy before making a purchase.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Kawaprint LLC and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify content from the Site without our prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper working of the Site
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our permission
  • Submit false or misleading information

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kawaprint LLC and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kawaprint LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or of any rights of another party.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will show a revised “Last updated” date. Changes do not apply to orders placed before the update.
