Orders & Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
All of our shirts are made to order. After your payment is confirmed, we need 3–7 business days to print, check, and pack your order before it ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@kawapod.com. Once printing has started, we may not be able to cancel or change the order, but we will do our best if you reach out quickly.
Do you offer exchanges?
No. If you need a different size or color, return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat $6.99 per order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
About 10–17 business days in total: 3–7 business days for processing plus 7–10 business days in transit. These are estimates; actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of defective and non-defective items when:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- Returns are by mail using a free prepaid return label

How do I start a return?
Email us at support@kawapod.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos (especially if the item is defective). Once approved, we will send you a free return shipping label.
How long do refunds take?
We process refunds within 10 days after we receive the returned item. The refund goes to your original payment method.
Are there any restocking fees?
No.

What do you sell?
Classic unisex T-shirts in Black and White, printed with original anime-style artwork created by our design team.
Are your products official licensed merchandise?
No. KawaPod is an independent brand. Our designs are original artwork, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any anime studio or rights holder. See our Authenticity & Licensing Statement for details.
How do I choose the right size?
Our shirts come in sizes S to 5XL with a classic unisex fit. Each product page lists the fabric and available sizes. If you’re not sure which size to choose, email us at support@kawapod.com before ordering and we’ll help. Because we don’t offer exchanges, please choose carefully.
Are the products printed on demand?
Yes. Every shirt is printed after you place your order.
