We design and sell original, fan-inspired products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any anime studios, publishers, or trademark holders. All artwork is independently created. If you believe that any content on kawapod.com infringes your copyright, please follow the process below.
1. Notification of Claimed Infringement
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that material on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification that substantially complies with the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
Your notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (for example, the specific product page URL).
- Your contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Our Response to Valid Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice that substantially complies with the requirements above, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user or party who posted or provided the material (if applicable).
- Take other appropriate action as required by law.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you provided was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the District of New Mexico if your address is outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

4. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
5. Misrepresentations
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing (or that material was removed or disabled by mistake) may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
