Thank you for shopping at KawaPod. We value your satisfaction and are here to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item under the following policy.

🌎 Eligible Countries for Returns

We currently accept returns from customers located in:

  • United States

  • Australia

  • Canada

  • Japan

  • New Zealand

Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags (if applicable).

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Customized are not eligible for return.

  • We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order if you wish to receive a different item.

📦 How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at 📧 support@kawapod.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will reply with return authorization and a free downloadable return shipping label (for eligible countries).

  3. Carefully repackage the item and attach the return label.

  4. Ship the item to the following return address: 1640 Southeast 150th Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97233, United States

💰 Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping is free for customers in the United States, Australia, Canada, Japan, and New Zealand.

  • No restocking fees will be applied.

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 8 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition (missing tags, packaging, etc.) may result in a partial refund or denial.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

  • We do not accept in-person returns.
