Return and Refund Policy

At Kawapod, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we have a focused return policy to ensure clarity and fairness.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products.

  • Eligible cases: Manufacturing errors, printing defects, or items damaged during transit.

  • Ineligible cases: We do not accept returns or refunds for “change of mind,” incorrect size selection, or customer errors. Please refer to our size charts carefully before purchasing.

2. Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If your product is defective, we will issue a refund according to the process below. If you need a different item, you may place a new order after your refund is processed.

3. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a defective item. Requests made after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.

4. Return Process

All returns must be conducted by mail.

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@kawapod.com with your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage.

  2. Receive Label: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Shipping Label.

  3. Ship the Item: You must download and print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

5. Return Fees

We want to make the process as painless as possible when an error occurs:

  • Return Shipping Label: Provided Free of charge for defective products.

  • Restocking Fees: No cost. You will never be charged a restocking fee for returning a defective item.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card via Stripe).

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
